3. Payments

A deposit or full payment may be required prior to scheduling services, as outlined in your agreement.
4. Refunds
Due to the creative and custom nature of photography and content creation services:
All payments are non-refundable once a project has commenced or services have been delivered.
No refunds are issued for cancellations made after services have begun.
Any exceptions (e.g., double bookings or exceptional circumstances) will be considered on a case-by-case basis at my discretion.
5. Delivery of Digital Services

Clients are responsible for providing any necessary information, assets, or approvals in a timely manner to ensure smooth project delivery.
Chantal Laurie Media is not responsible for delays caused by clients or external factors (e.g., travel issues, weather, third-party services).
